    LCL containers treating individual items separately and loaded in container. This fumigation ensures control of pest from each items and maintaining overall shipment pest free.


Fumigation process followed as per importing countries standard

All container fumigation carry out as per IPPC – International Standard & Phytosanitary Measures and NSPM 11 & 12 – National Standard for phytosanitary measures. Where the fumigation is carried out with methyl Bromide as fumigant. It is applied as hot gas in container with the help of vaporizer. Methyl Bromide gas concentration is measured by gas monitor to insure uniform distribution of gas inside the container throughout the exposure period. Ventilation process to be completed at the end of fumigation to insure pest free products inside the container & safety handling of consignment.
